Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SlabMate. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

SlabMateis licensed, not sold, to you for personal and professional use on Apple devices you own or control, under the terms of Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

Purchases

The core app is free. Optional SlabMate Premium is an in-app purchase billed to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app under Apple Account > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase that never renews.

Purchases can be restored through Settings > Restore purchases.

Results and guidance

Any results, calculations, or outputs SlabMate produces are generated from the information you enter and are provided for your general convenience and planning. They are guidance only, not professional advice, and may not suit every situation. You are responsible for the information you enter and for the decisions you make from the results; confirm anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on the results it provides.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
